Meg's Lectio 360 is something I look forward each week. Listening to the poem she carefully chooses, brings me great solace.  It affords a quiet time to think of others and consider life totally apart from Covid-19 and racism. It allows its attendees a safe space to open up and share their thoughts, emotions, and goals, and I recommend it wholeheartedly to all. ~ L.R., New York City, NY

I have never been a poetry lover (or so I thought) and really hadn't read much since English class assignments, so many moons ago. I first dropped into Meg's Lectio 360 readings to support her new venture. But I have become hooked. The process (the 4 readings) allows for a very different kind of listening and absorbing than any English class ever did, so the poems just sort of settle into you. The selections have been wonderful. I find the half hour really centering, especially during this crazy time we're living through, and I've also appreciated the nice fellowship that has developed among the participants.  ~ H.E., Art Therapist, VT

Lectio 360 is a gift I give myself every week. Just a short half hour to listen to something beautiful, which I never would have heard otherwise. Researched, chosen, and read by Meg, with her soothing voice, with time to reflect, and then perhaps share our thoughts afterwards. I always come away feeling lighter, and grateful for the connection. ~ M.E.W., Bernardsville, NJ

During this stressful time, I look forward to Tuesdays and Fridays when Meg reads us a carefully selected poem by a top poet. Listening to her read calms me down and gives me a chance to meditate on how to bear up, how to keep myself centered, how to find places of strength deep inside that I didn’t know I had. Meg reads each poem several times with breaks in between to let the meaning sink in. She’s an excellent reader. We don’t have to share ideas and feelings at the end of the half hour if we want to remain quiet. But Meg’s strong background in counseling gives her a sense of how to gently encourage the people who do share. I highly recommend this nurturing series. ~D.H., Amherst, MA
